NYC tenant completes leasing at CT building

Trifinery, an oil refining company, is relocating its New York City office to 39 Lewis Street in Greenwich, Connecticut. The company has leased 4,400 square-feet of office space bringing the four-story office and retail building to 100 percent occupancy.

Brett Greenberg, senior associate of CB Commercial Real Estate Group and exclusive agent for 39 Lewis Street, was the sole broker in the five-year lease transaction. The 17,600 square-foot building is owned by Greenwich-based Auguste-Thouard Corporation.

Trifinery will relocate its Manhattan administrative and marketing office to Greenwich.
