NVID completes test of Microsafe vs LYSOL R BRAND disinfectant spray.

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1996--NVID International (OTC BB:NVID) announced Wednesday that results were completed, by an independent nationally recognized laboratory, of a side by side comparison of their non toxic liquid disinfectant, Microsafe (F-7), against one of today's leading disinfectants, LYSOL R BRAND disinfectant spray (Manufactured by Reckitt Coleman).

The results proved that Microsafe (F-7) equaled or exceeded LYSOL R BRAND disinfectant spray killing dangerous bacteria without the toxic effects and environmental hazards of LYSOL R. Tests proved Microsafe (F-7) to be effective in killing 99.999% of the following bacteria after 10 seconds of contact time:

1. E Coli 0157:H7

2. Salmonella Cholersuis

3. Staphylococcus aureus

4. Listeria monocytogenes

The company will produce Microsafe (F-7) as a topical spray to be used in similar applications to LYSOL R without the toxicity. Other applications include: Anti-microbacterial hand soap (health care industry standards), anti-microbacterial wash (liquid and ointment) and an anti-bacterial fungicide shampoo.

NVID President, Bob Bunte, stated "These successful results confirm the tremendous value of Microsafe and define some of the initial markets to be entered." Bunte added "that with today's environment concerns, Microsafe will be able to be used in many more applications and much more freely than products which pose potential harmful effects due to their toxicity."

NVID International Inc., is a developmental holding company with wholly owned subsidiaries in the development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Electronic Water Disinfecting Equipment and an Environmentally safe liquid non-toxic disinfectant.
