 NRC CHAIRMAN IVAN SELIN TO VISIT BABCOCK & WILCOX PLANT
 IN LYNCHBURG ON FEB. 14
 The chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Dr. Ivan Selin, will visit the Babcock & Wilcox nuclear fuel processing and research facilities at Lynchburg, Va., on Friday, Feb. 14, for a tour of the facilities and meetings with company management.
 Selin will visit the B&W naval, commercial and research fuel facilities and the company's Special Products and Inspection Services Division.
 He will be available to discuss his visit with area news representatives at a news conference to be held at 3 p.m. (EST) at the B&W Special Products and Inspection Services facility on Graves Mill Road in Lynchburg.
 An NRC public affairs officer will be present to assist reporters at the news conference, and biographical and background material on the chairman and the NRC will be made available to those in attendance.
