 NOVACARE NAMED ONE OF NATION'S FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES
 VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- In its annual ranking of companies, Fortune magazine named NovaCare, Inc. (NYSE: NOV) one of the top 100 fastest-growing companies in the United States.
 Fortune ranked NovaCare, an industry leader in medical rehabilitation services, number 63 based on the company's sales, earnings and stock performance. NovaCare's net revenues grew at a rate of 66 percent during the past 3-5 years and totaled $385 million in the fiscal year ended June 30, 1992. The company ranked 39th in average annual earnings per share growth over the same period.
