NOSTALGIA NETWORK ANNOUNCES NEW SERIES

 LOS ANGELES, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, The Nostalgia Network, Inc. (OTC: NNET) reported today that it licensed an innovative series addressing the issues related to the impact on peoples' lives of rapid changes in the economy. The theme is "How to be Rich and Happy in a Changing World" and will feature 13 one-half hour conversational segments with Robert T. Kiyosaki, international lecturer, educator and proponent of electronic education. The segments, titled "Conversations with...Kiyosaki", are slated to begin airing in mid August. They are being produced by three-time Emmy award nominee Michael Finn, a well- known independent producer, who is on the Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
 Mr. Kiyosaki's book "If You Want To Be Rich & Happy...don't go to school?" is a best-seller throughout Australia and is currently being released in the U.S. and he is co-founder of the Excellerated Learning Institute (ELI) which is a business education organization with eleven offices in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
 The Nostalgia Network is the only 24 hour basic cable television service that targets the rapidly growing and increasingly affluent market of active adult Americans over 45 by offering entertainment, lifestyle and informational programming and currently serves more than 14 million subscribers via satellite to approximately 740 cable television systems throughout the United States.
