NORWALK, CONN. $5 MILLION GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS RATED 'AAA' BY FITCH -- FITCH FINANCIAL WIRE --

 NEW YORK, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Norwalk, Conn.'s $5 million General Obligation Bonds, Issue of 1994, are rated 'AAA' by Fitch. The bonds, dated Jan. 15, 1994, are expected to be offered Dec. 7 through negotiation with Roosevelt & Cross, Inc. Maturing serially Jan. 15, 1997-2008, the bonds are callable on or after Jan. 15, 2004 at 101, declining thereafter.
 The bonds are to be offered in tandem with the $8.4 million GO Refunding Bonds, Issue of 1994, rated 'AAA' by Fitch on Dec. 1st.
