NORTHEAST SAVINGS ANNOUNCES PRESS CONFERENCE AND RIBBON CUTTING
 IN CONJUNCTION WITH OPENING ITS BRANCHES IN RHODE ISLAND
 Northeast Savings will open seven branches in Rhode Island on Monday, May 11, 1992, in connection with its acquisition of East Providence Credit Union, Providence Teachers Credit Union, Columbian Credit Union, and Greater Providence Deposit Corporation.
 To formally open these branches, Northeast Savings will be hosting a press conference and ribbon cutting ceremony beginning at 9 a.m., Monday, May 11, at its office located at 999 South Broadway, East Providence (the former East Providence Credit Union).
 Northeast Savings' Chairman George P. Rutland and President Kirk W. Walters anticipate the following dignitaries will be attending:
