NORTH CANADIAN ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CHANGE

 CALGARY, Alberta, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- North Canadian Oils Ltd. has announced that in light of the proposed merging of the operations and staff of NCO with Norcen Energy Resources Ltd. effective July 1, 1993, Norman R. Gish, president and chief executive officer of the company, will be resigning on June 30, 1993. Gish has agreed to assist with the transition and to provide Norcen and NCO with consulting services after July 1.
