NORRELL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH ISSC

 Tarrytown, N.Y., Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Norrell Corporation and Integrated Systems Solutions Corporation (ISSC), a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM (NYSE: IBM), today announced a 10-year technology partnership agreement.
 Under the agreement, ISSC will assume responsibility for management and delivery of the information systems functions of Norrell including applications development and support, help desk, print operations, business recovery services, consulting services, data center management and operations.
 "This relationship will improve our core business by giving us more flexibility with our information systems and reducing operational expenses," said Larry Bryan, executive vice president and chief financial officer, Norrell Corporation. "Norrell will now have greater access to the latest technology as well as full protection of our information services through ISSC's business recovery services."

 Founded in 1961, Norrell Corporation is an innovator in the development of specialized staffing services through Norrell Services Inc. Norrell Corporation also includes two subsidiaries: Norrell Health Care, which provides comprehensive home care nursing resource management; and Tascor, a management services company which specializes in assuming full responsibility for client's administrative and support functions.
 ISSC headquartered in Tarrytown, was founded in 1991 to respond to expanding customer demands for specialized information technology services.
