NORRELL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND

ATLANTA, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Norrell Corporation (NYSE: NRL) announced that its Board of Directors has voted to increase its regular common stock quarterly dividend from $.06 to $.07 per share. The Board also declared a first quarter dividend of $0.07 per share on the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. The dividend is payable on April 1, 1996 to shareholders of record on the close of business March 18, 1996.

Norrell Corporation is a leading North American provider of staffing and outsourcing services. Headquartered in Atlanta, it has more than 360 offices, franchise locations and outsourcing sites. Norrell employs approximately 6,000 full-time associates and contract employees, and last year placed more than 175,000 employees in temporary assignments.

On February 28, 1996, Norrell reported record first quarter revenues of $221.2 million for its quarter ended January 28, 1996, an increase of 18.9 percent over the same period in 1995, and earnings per share of $0.42, an increase of 31.2 percent.
