NORFOLK SOUTHERN VICE PRESIDENT GEORGE J. CAMILLE ASSIGNED ADDITIONAL PUBLIC AFFAIRS RESPONSIBILITIES IN MISSOURI

 NORFOLK, Va., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- George J. Camille, resident vice president in Illinois for Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC), has recently been assigned additional public affairs responsibilities in Missouri.
 This appointment, announced by James L. Granum, vice president- Public Affairs of Norfolk Southern, is effective immediately.
 Camille will work with local and state government on legislative and regulatory issues affecting railroads, grade crossing safety, and matters of general concern to the rail industry is Missouri.
 He will continue to serve as resident vice president in Illinois and will keep his office in Springfield.
