NOEL AT DOUBLE.

Athlone Tn 2 Wexford Yths 0 NOEL McGEE scored twice to give Athlone their first win in 14 games as Wexford were brought down to earth with a bump after their win at promotionchasing Sporting Fingal earlier in the week.

The opener came a minute before the break when McGee headed home a cross at the back post.

McGee got his second on 56 minutes.

Tom O'Halloran put Robbie Benson away to cross for the unmarked McGee to sidefoot home.
