NOCOPI AND SCIENTIFIC GAMES SIGN AGREEMENT WAYNE, Pa., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Nocopi International, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: NOOP) and Scientific Games Inc. (SGI), of Atlanta, today announced they had entered into a marketing agreement for Nocopi's reactive imaging technology.
The announcement was made by Norman A. Gardner, president and chief executive officer of Nocopi. SGI is the leading worldwide manufacturer of instant lottery tickets and is the largest largest instant lottery company in the United States, with a 50 percent domestic market share. SGI was formerly owned by Bally Manufacturing and was recently acquired by management in an LBO. "The agreement covers the implementation of all Nocopi technologies into the full range of products manufactured by SGI including all lottery tickets and printed commercial games sold in the United States," said Gardner. "Nocopi will receive a royalty on all gross sales by SGI which incorporates the technology, as well as sell to SGI inks and highliter markers."
