The new NCG24-535 water jet lances are rated for applications requiring operating pressures of up to 24,000 psi and designed to reduce the chance of hose or fitting failure.
The new lances reduce stress on the inlet connection by eliminating the bend radius in the hose that supplies high-pressure water. Instead, they have an inlet tube with a 90-degree bend and a safety shroud that surrounds the hose where it attaches to the lance. This safety shroud complies with WJTAIMCA recommended practices, as does the color-coded handle that identifies the lance's operating pressure.
The NCG24-535 comes with the usual protective features found in other NLB lances, including a one-finger latch to prevent accidental actuation and a patented trigger that immediately dumps pressure when the operator pushes it forward. It also features the NLB quick-change cartridge seal that can be replaced in the field in 60 seconds.
Other ergonomic features include an adjustable shoulder stock and hand grip. The lance weighs just 12 pounds with its standard 36-inch barrel. Longer barrels are available. The NCG24-535 water jet lance is also available in dual-trigger and underwater versions. 248.624.5555, nlbcorp.com
