NKF makes it on B'way.

Newmark Knight Frank Retail has leased a portion of the available retail space at 2320 Broadway to New York ceramics shop, Make.

The do-it-yourself workshop took 3,000 s/f on the ground floor with an additional 1,500 s/fin the basement on the West 84th Street side between Broadway and Amsterdam.

Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president, and Jason Maurer, associate at Newmark Knight Frank, represented the landlord, Eagle Court LLC, while Jonathan Burke and Lena Roth of J.W. Burke & Co. represented the tenant.

Newmark is still marketing avenue retail space at 2320 Broadway on the corner of 84th Street, where there are units from 900 to 3,000 s/f available on the ground floor. Neighbors include Coach, Godiva Chocolatier, Barnes & Noble, Victoria's Secret and Loews Theater.
