NJAA honors Westminister with Garden State awards.
Honorees included: Mark Goldberg, for Best Company Website; Lori Griffith, resident manager of Woodview at Marlton, named Best Managed Property; and Nina Dinu, resident manager of Duncan Hill Apartments in Westfield, for Curb Appeal.
The NJAA is a non-profit organization representing multifamily developers, owners and managers throughout the state for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing quality rental housing.
Each year the organization recognizes communities and companies that excel in various areas of apartment management. This year's awards were presented during a dinner at the Hilton East Brunswick.
Mark Goldberg, director of client services for Westminster Management, designed the company's award-winning website in conjunction with technical coordinator Monekqua Starling, and BlueSwitch, an Internet and e-commerce consulting company.
Utilizing web-based software, the two tools work in tandem to reduce response time and increase convenience for prospective tenants.
Woodview at Marlton, named Best Managed Property (in the category of rent $951 to $1,599) is a luxury rental community features 288 spacious apartments, an elegant clubhouse with a fitness center, game room and video rental library, plus an outdoor pool.
Duncan Hills in Union County, N.J., includes 134 charming garden apartment units and a pool with adjoining sundeck on neatly landscaped grounds.
