NJ shopping mall completed by Silcon. (Retail New York).

Silcon Inc., one of New Jersey's fastest growing general contracting firms, has completed the construction of a retail strip mall, Roselle Commons, on behalf of I.C.C.L. Urban Renewal at 711 East First Ave. in Roselle, New Jersey.

Silcon Inc. provided full general contracting services for the 52,000-SF shopping center. Jeff Mindo of Silcon served as the Project Supervisor. Silcon, Inc. also provided the fit-out construction for the largest tenant of the center, Strauss Discount Auto. Among the other tenants moving in will be Radio Shack, Curves, a laundromat, a dry cleaners, a dollar store, a grocery store, a fashion boutique, a beauty supply store and an Asian buffet.
