NIA completes marketing in Paramus

NIA National Realty, Inc. announced the successful completion of its marketing efforts on the property located at 615 Winters Avenue in Paramus, New Jersey.

The 12,500-square-foot building on nearly three acres of land will soon undergo a complete gut and rehabilitation by it's new owner. The Capri Institute, a cosmetology school will occupy the entire 12,500-square-foot building which will contain more than 100 parking spaces for its students and visitors. Roger Gross, the salesman from NIA National Realty, Inc. represented the Halgus Corporation in the sale while Gerald Jager of CB Commercial represented the buyer, a local general partnership. The property sold for $1.25 million.
