NHLA PRESENTS: THE 17TH ANNUAL LONG TERM CARE AND THE LAW SEMINAR
 The National Health Lawyers Association (NHLA) presents the Long Term Care and the Law Seminar. The seminar will be held on Feb. 12- 14 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Don't miss out on what has become for many in the long term care industry the educational event of the year.
 Representatives from HCFA and state Medicaid agencies, as well as from the legal and financial communities will share their knowledge with participants. Highlights will include a panel discussion on developments in and the current status of major OBRA litigation. The panel members will represent the provider, consumer, federal and state viewpoints. In addition, a presentation on Medicaid Funding Issues will focus on HCFA's Oct. 31, 1991, interim final regulations and will compare them with the provisions of OBRA '90. And the Long Term Care Legislative and Regulatory Update will provide an overview of major regulatory developments and the long term care agendas of the Bush administration and Congress.
 Workshops will be presented by government regulatory lawyers, public advocates, prosecutors and members of the private bar. Topics will cover a variety of areas, including OBRA, Boren Amendment Litigation, Medicare and Medicaid, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Resident Rights and the Patient Self-Determination Act.
