 NEWS CORPORATION AUTHORIZES DELISTING OF ORDINARY SHARES ON
 FOUR FOREIGN EXCHANGES
 NEW YORK, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The News Corporation Limited (ADS - NYSE: NWS) announced today that its board of directors authorized the delisting of its ordinary shares on the Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris, and Amsterdam Stock Exchanges as a result of small trading volume on the exchanges. The delisting will be carried out in accordance with each stock exchange's listing rules.
 The company will continue to list its ordinary shares on the Australian Stock Exchange Limited, the New York Stock Exchange (in the form of American Depository Shares), the London Stock Exchange, and the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
