CATALINA LIGHTING reported a net loss in fiscal 2004 of $6 million, and net sales of $209.8 million. This compared with net income of $5 million on annual sales of $202 million for fiscal year 2003. Catalina's increased sales in the United Kingdom were partially offset by lower sales in North America, which were a result of the loss of $12.7 million in sales to Home Depot, the company reported. In fiscal 2004, Catalina closed its Mexico operations, accounting for $1.5 million of the decrease in sales in North America.
