TROY, Mich., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Smith, president and chief executive officer of Newcor, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEWC), is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase Midwest Rubber Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sudbury, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUDS).
