NEW SCSI SWITCH
Jigsaw is placed between servers and storage devices. It operates as a transparent device, with the server 'seeing' the unit as a storage peripheral. Distance limitations that have often plagued SCSI are resolved by cascading switches or through remote fiber connections up to 20 km. Jigsaw 8 can provide connectivity to up to 122,850 devices, enabling advanced data storage applications such as remote back-up and disaster recovery, long-distance clustering, and remote mirroring. Jigsaw is fully compatible with current LAN infrastructures and is easily managed with GigaView for Windows 95/NT.
