NEW MUSICAL ADVERTISING THEME ANNOUNCED BY METRO DETROIT FORD DEALERS: 'THE MOTOR CITY MOVES AMERICA ... THE TIME IS NOW TO BUY -- AMERICAN'
 WHO: -- The 31 metro Detroit Ford dealers.
 -- Ron Bleckmann, director, Ford Dealer Advertising, and creator of the campaign, in collaboration with Randy Stephenson and Bob Stuart of RMS Productions, sung by Stuart.
 WHAT: "The Time is Now to Buy -- American" multi-media musical advertising campaign.
 WHEN: Radio spots break today, Thursday, Jan. 30.
 TV spots will break Monday, Feb. 3, with simultaneous tapes being sent to all Michigan Ford plants and offices.
 WHY: "The Time is Now to Buy -- American" ... Could this be the new national anthem?
 NOTE: Fly your colors, America. Tie a ribbon to your American car. Red, white and blue antenna ribbons will be given out at each of the 31 metro Detroit Ford dealers beginning Monday, Feb. 3.
