 NEW ERA IN SHADOW/EXPRESS SALES
 RUTHERFORD, N.J., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Kenneth M. Nanus, a


broadcast executive in Philadelphia and New York, has been named executive vice president/sales of Shadow/Express Broadcast Services by the company's chairman and chief executive officer.
 "We are delighted to have Ken spearhead our national sales effort. Along with his leadership skills in management and sales, Ken brings boundless enthusiasm and energy to the job. He will play a key strategic role in Shadow's dynamic management team," said Chief Executive Officer Michael D'Ambrose.
 Nanus, 38, has most recently served as vice president and general manager of WIP. Prior to his one year at the helm of the all-sports radio station, Nanus was general manager of another Philadelphia radio station, WXTU, for two-and-a-half years.
 Nanus also held sales management positions with WSTC/WJAZ in Stanford, Conn., and Christal Radio, a division of Katz Communications. He received a master's degree in business administration from Long
Island University. A New York City native, Nanus now resides in Rye,


N.Y., with his wife and two children.

 Shadow Broadcast Services provides traffic, news, weather and sports information and reports in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Houston. In Philadelphia, the company operates under the name of Express Broadcast Services. Shadow/Express currently serves approximately 150 radio and television stations nationwide.
