NEW ENGLAND ELECTRIC TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH HUNGARIAN POWER COMPANIES
 WHAT: New England Electric System (NEES) companies will
 sign the nation's first "sister utility" partnership
 agreement between a U.S. electric utility and an
 Eastern European electric system. In cooperation with
 the United States Energy Association (USEA) and the
 United States Agency for International Development
 (USAID), NEES will enter into a three-year partnership
 with the Hungarian Power Companies, Ltd. to exchange
 information on engineering, finance and management.
