NEW CORPORATION OPENS WINDOWS OF OPPORTUNITY
 FOR INVENTORS AND ENTREPRENEURS
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Concept Development Corp. (CDC) has devised a low-risk formula for starting and building new product (satellite) businesses for joint ownership by employees, inventors and CDC.
With more than 60 years of combined experience, CDC's highly qualified management team consists of experts in Concept Development, Prototype Construction, Market Analysis, Market Distribution, Media Exposure, Public Relations and Business Management. It is the objective of CDC and its management team to successfully bring the ideas of inexperienced inventors to the marketplace with minimal cost and risk.
CDC fits the niche marketplace between large venture capital organizations that fund proven companies and the smaller marketing companies that assist in development without any financial participation.
 The Concept
CDC works closely with inventors and entrepreneurs from the beginning. Each stage of product development, from the conceptualized color rendering stage through the handmade prototype stage is evaluated within its potential marketplace as to demand, response, design, price, distribution opportunities, profitability and actual written orders for the product. CDC furnishes financing for tooling, molds and inventory, providing it owns the completely proven product. Prior to this financing, the inventor is responsible for all expenses.
CDC plans an initial marketing strategy utilizing TV infomercials and seminars to demonstrate "how anyone can become more creative and ultimately more fulfilled and financially successful with the CDC concept, step-by-step formula, as outlined in the CDC Concept Development Kit (CDK)." CDK is a "how to" guide for entrepreneurs, detailing the CDC method of creating, developing and testing an idea while providing an effective method for successfully placing products into the marketplace, with minimal financial risk and with the greatest potential return.
CDC requires start-up capital for the purpose of initiating its formula for new product development and the marketing of its services. CDC hopes to raise additional capital in the public marketplace. This additional funding represents capital for quickly financing a number of new products (molds, tooling and initial inventory) and the expansion of the satellite companies. The second round of financing is not critical to the operation.
With initial capital raised, CDC anticipates strong investor returns for year one, with an after-tax profit projection of $2.7 million.
