NETWORK STEPS UP NATIONAL ROLL-OUT OF PROSOLUTIONS ON-LINE SERVICE

 SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to strong demand, Network Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETW) announced today that it has stepped up the national roll-out of its ProSolutions PC-based software/on-line service. ProSolutions enables realtors to offer "one-stop shopping" for home real estate sales, mortgages and insurance.
 Lee J. Danna, Network chairman and CEO, said that instead of building a


company sales force to begin marketing ProSolutions later this year, Network is now in the process of negotiating marketing agreements with mortgage banking and brokerage companies around the country, giving each of them a distributorship and a territory. In exchange, the mortgage bankers and brokers would have to guarantee to fund mortgages every month through Network's wholesale mortgage banking unit for every ProSolutions installation they make.
 "We're hoping this will 'wire up' the industry much faster than if we had marketed ProSolutions ourselves, enabling us to generate a much larger mortgage loan volume in a shorter amount of time," Mr. Danna explained.
 ProSolutions was favorably received when it was introduced Sept. 28, 1993 at the California Association of Realtors convention in Anaheim, Calif. "More than 100 real estate companies in California said they want it," Mr. Danna said. "We had to change our marketing plans in order to capture this demand as quickly as possible."
 Network has also begun installing ProSolutions at its 31 owned and franchised ERA real estate sales offices in Northern California.
 Realtors who use the system will be able to save their customers time and money in buying mortgages and insurance while, at the same time, channeling business on a low-cost basis to Network's mortgage and insurance units.
 Network Financial Services, Inc. is building the nation's first integrated "one-stop shopping" service for home real estate sales, financing, insurance and home improvements. The company is the largest franchisee in the ERA real estate organization, with 31 offices in Northern California and more than 375 real estate agents and employees.
