NEPA preparing big birthday party for itself at annual conference scheduled for June 2-4.

"25 Years on the Road to Growth & Profits" is the name of this year's International Newsletter & Specialized Information Conference sponsored by the Newsletter & Electronic Publishers Association, to be held June 2-4 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Conference chairman Bob Jenkins of Health Resources Publishing told the association's newsletter, Hotline:

"Since NEPA is celebrating its 25th anniversary and the industry has faced difficult times during the past year, I wanted this year's conference to be the best ever to help publishers recover from the economic downturn and the tragedies of September 11th."

Jenkins and the NEPA staff have, for the first time, lined up members to serve as chairpersons for each of the following tracks featured at the conference:

* Ancillary Sales

* Editorial

* Electronic Publishing/Online

* Online Marketing

* Operations/Management

* Sales

* Traditional Marketing

Jenkins and NEPA executive director Patti Wysocki are open to "any suggestions for how we can truly make this the best conference ever."
