ND Industries expands by 3,406 s/f.

ND Industries, an internationally known developer and supplier of high-quality fastener coating products and services, has renewed and expanded its lease at 128 Bauer Dr. in Oakland, N.J. signing on for an additional 3,406 square feet of space, for a total of 20.631 square feet.

The lease signing was announced by Kevin Swill, president of Kushner Properties. which manages the building.

The single-story, 41,450-square-foot office-flex property has four loading docks and two drive-in ramps. The two-story brick building is situated on two acres in a desirable area of northern Bergen County. It includes on-site parking for up to 85 cars and is just minutes away from Routes 208 and 287.

ND Industries, which is headquartered in Clawson. Mich., has maintained its Eastern Fastener Processing Division at 128 Bauer since 1997. This is the second time the tenant has expanded its space at this location.

"The fact that tenants such as ND Industries continue to renew at this site is indicative of the desirability of the location and the quality of its management." noted Swill.

Kushner Properties manages approximately 6.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space located in New Jersey and New York.
