NCH (UK) Ltd Continues the Fast Growth of its Water Treatment Business; Watertreat Ltd Merges With Chem-Aqua UK.

WEST BROMWICH, England, September 17 /PRNewswire/ -- NCH (UK) Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of NCH Corporation(i)) announced today that Watertreat Ltd, a UK water treatment company based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, will merge with Chem-Aqua UK, its water treatment company. Adrian Brayshaw, the owner and managing director, will join the Chem-Aqua management team.

Adrian Brayshaw said: "Watertreat Ltd has been successfully servicing middle market customers across the whole of the UK since 1994. I am delighted to be joining the Chem-Aqua team because we have the same principles of integrity and customer focus. The greater resources of NCH plus the recent successful integration of Nation Water Treatments Ltd provide a strong technical and systems platform for accelerated growth and innovation."
