NBB unveils special home finance, equity loan offer.
National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced special home finance and home equity promotions offering home owners and new buyers additional support and on even more competitive terms.
These promotions, which began last month, will run untill the end of the year, said a statement from NBB.
The bank's relaunched Home Finance Loan aims to support existing and new customers to purchase a new property with a competitive interest rate besides the ability to borrow up to 80% of property value and a tenor available up to 25 years.
Similarly, the NBB Home Equity Loan is available to existing and new-to-bank customers, who can leverage and unlock the value of their homes in order to secure financing for various purposes including, but not restricted to, home improvements, educational expenses and investment opportunities, said the statement.
Features and benefits of the promotion include: a highly competitive interest rate, ability to borrow up to 80% of their homes' value, flexible loan repayment terms up to 15 year and complementary life and fire insurance, it added.
On the promiotion, Nabeel Ahmed Mustafa, Head of Network Management and Strategy at NBB, said: "We are excited to kick off another promotion to help our customers maximise the value of their homes - one of their most important assets - and also extend to new and existing customers competitive mortgage rates and terms in the market, allowing them to purchase a new property."
