NATURAL CHILD CARE RECEIVES NOTICE OF LAWSUIT
ARMONK, N.Y., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Child Care, Inc.

(NASDAQ: NACC, NACCU, NACCW), today announced that it received notice that a lawsuit had been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against the company and certain of its directors alleging violation of the Federal securities laws.
The company said the allegations appear to be entirely based on the facts disclosed in its prior announcement of Sept. 24 relating to certain actions of its former chairman and president which led to their resignation and agreement to pay full restitution to the company of the approximately $90,000 in question.
The company believes that the allegations of securities law violations are without merit and intends to vigorously defend the action. The company is continuing to develop and market its Natural Child Care over-the-counter non-prescription medications and personal and health care products for infants and young children.
