NATURAL CHILD CARE ANNOUNCES RECEIPT OF NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FROM WINNERS ALL (ASIA PACIFIC) LIMITED

 NEW YORK, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Child Care, Inc. (NASDAQ: NACC, NACCW)(the "company") which is in the process of changing its name to Winners All International Inc., announced today the receipt of a $500,000 non-refundable deposit from a nonaffiliated group called Winners All (Asia Pacific) Limited ("Asia Pacific"). Asia Pacific has been negotiating with Winners All Limited ("Winners All"), the company's subsidiary in the United Kingdom, for marketing rights for UC'NWIN Machines in ten countries in the Far East.
 The non-refundable deposit is in contemplation of finalizing and executing a license agreement from Winners All to Asia Pacific which is expected to provide for an additional payment to Winners All of $4,500,000 plus royalties of 14% on leases which may be negotiated by Asia Pacific for UC'NWIN Machines in the ten countries which are the subject of the proposed agreement. The ten countries are China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan.
 Asia Pacific is a newly formed Isle of Jersey corporation which is headed by its President, Lord Charles Churchill, brother of the Duke of Marlborough.
 At the same time, Anthony Joyce, president of the company, announced the election of Charles Gargano, United States Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago from 1988 to 1991, as a director of the company. Mr. Gargano is a civil engineer who resides in New York State. He replaces Brian Chandler as a director; Mr. Chandler, a chartered accountant, will continue to advise the company on financial matters from time to time.
 The company anticipates the official change of its name by amendment of its Certificate of Incorporation to Winners All International, Inc. within the next few days. At the time of such change, the listing symbols of its Common Stock and Redeemable Warrants will be changed to WINA and WINAW respectively.
