International (NASDAQ: NATA) reported record sales for the year ending June 30, 1992, of $14,471,502. Net earnings for the fiscal year were $753,837, or 18 cents per share on a weighted average of 4,165,464 shares outstanding as of June 30, 1992.

 The unaudited net earnings as reported on the company's Form 10Q Report for the quarter ended March 31, 1992, has been adjusted downward by $40,994, after income taxes (or .01 per share) to correct an error in accounting for purchases.
 According to Mark A. Le Doux, president and chief executive officer, management is pleased with operating results for the fiscal year and is anticipating additional growth in both revenue and profit for fiscal year 1993. He states, "We are positioning ourselves to expand our international activity with the acquisition of CellLife and the planned opening of international sales offices and manufacturing capacity to facilitate the needs of our growing clientele. Many of our customers have the desire to expand their product lines into international markets, and we want to be as helpful as possible in meeting those ambitions."
