NATIONSBANK DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND OF 37 CENTS PER SHARE
 CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of NationsBank Corporation (NYSE: NB) today declared the regular cash dividend of 37 cents per share on NationsBank common stock.
 The dividend is payable March 27 to shareholders of record March 6.
 In addition, the NationsBank board declared the regular quarterly preferred stock dividend of $1.00 per share, payable April 1 to shareholders of record March 6.
 NationsBank is a bank holding company with $110 billion in assets and approximately 1,900 banking offices in nine states and the District of Columbia.
