NATIONSBANK'S MNC UNIT DISSOLVED, RATINGS WITHDRAWN BY FITCH -- FITCH FINANCIAL WIRE --

 NEW YORK, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- MNC Financial, Inc.'s 'A+' senior debt, 'A' subordinated debt, and 'A-' preferred stock ratings are withdrawn by Fitch.
 MNC, which was acquired by NationsBank Corp. effective Oct. 1, 1993, is dissolved and its operations are absorbed by NationsBank. All MNC debt and preferred stock obligations are assumed by NationsBank Corp.
