 NATIONAL TRANSACTION NETWORK ANNOUNCES NEW CEO AND PRESIDENT
 HUDSON, Mass., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- National Transaction Network, Inc. announced that the board of directors elected Jeffrey B. Finestone to the position of chief executive officer and president of the company, effective June 30. The company also announced that Paul Siegenthaler has been promoted to the position of executive vice president.
 In addition, Brian Kouri has been elected treasurer of the company and Walter Allen has been confirmed as vice president of technology.
 Christopher Illick, former chief executive officer, treasurer and secretary of the company, resigned in all capacities effective June 30, but will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.
 Finestone and Kouri have served as members of the board of directors of the company since July 1991 and June 1992, respectively. Both will continue their full-time positions with BCE Telecom International Inc., a Canadian corporation whose indirect wholly owned subsidiary, BCE Venture Capital Inc., is a significant shareholder of the company.
 National Transaction Network, a Delaware corporation, is engaged in designing, integrating, marketing and maintaining electronic payment systems and consumer identification terminals for use in retail and financial applications. NTN hardware and software products are used to accurately collect transactional data and securely transmit this data to central computers for verification and processing. NTN also provides support services relating to the installation of these systems.
