NATIONAL TECHTEAM, INC. AND EO, INC. ANNOUNCE EXPANSION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER

 DEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- National TechTeam, Inc. (NASDAQ: TEAM) and EO, Inc. announce the expansion of EO's support capabilities for the AT&T EO 440 and 880 Personal Communicators by moving the nationwide 800 number to National TechTeam's Computer Support Facility in Southfield, Mich. EO Customer Service and Support can now be obtained by calling 800-458-0880.
 The AT&T EO Personal Communicators are in a line of high performance, low power, mobile devices that use the AT&T Hobbit processor and the PenPoint operating system and are targeted to the mobile business executive. EO products are now available nationwide through AT&T Phone Centers and other EO authorized resellers. EO's powerful communication technologies, built-in high speed data/fax modem and e-mail capabilities enable users to access important information wherever they are and to "stay in touch anywhere, anytime."
 In making this announcement, TechTeam Chairman and CEO William F.  In June 1993, AT&T purchased a majority in EO, Inc. On Aug. 13, 1993, AT&T announced the intention to merge EO, Inc. and GO Corp. into a single company with the technologies to deliver the platform of choice for Personal Communicators. This represents a major step toward creating a new standard for this emerging market offering customers compelling communications-oriented products.
 EO, headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., was founded in 1991 by AT&T; Palo Alto, Calif.-based venture capital firm Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers; Matsushita; and Marubeni. The partners contributed technical and marketing expertise and funding. In addition, EO has announced a strategic partnership with Olivetti, Europe's leading computer manufacturer.
 National TechTeam, Inc., is headquartered in Dearborn and has been a public company since 1987. The company provides computer training, support, contract staffing, networking services and corporate management services for major companies on an international scale.
