 PHILADELPHIA, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to an article in today's Wall Street Journal, National Media Corporation (NYSE: NM) affirmed today its belief that the monetary claims described in the article are entirely without merit and will be rejected by the court.
 The company similarly believes that the claim of joint ownership of the company's AMAZING DISCOVERIES service mark is without merit, and the company is confident that its federal registration of the mark will be upheld.
