NATIONAL INVESTOR RELATIONS INSTITUTE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

 NATIONAL INVESTOR RELATIONS INSTITUTE
 REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
Who could do a better job of briefing on what lies ahead in the IR profession than the chairman and majority owner of the nation's largest financial public relations agency? Theodore H. Pincus, chairman and managing partner of The Financial Relations Board, Inc. of Chicago, will present his well-respected view at the Oct. 6 meeting of the NIRI Cleveland/Akron Chapter.
Over his 30-year career, Pincus has been advisor on communications strategy to the presidents of more than 300 publicly-held companies. His strategies have been credited with focusing national recognition upon some of the nation's best Wall Street successes, including Midas, Manpower, Samsonite, Jenn-Air, Stone Container, Combined Insurance, Culligan, Upjohn, Ozite, and others.
His Financial Relations Board serves more than 150 U.S. corporations from offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. During the past 30 years it has counseled more than 700 companies -- or over 10 percent of all actively-traded public corporations in the U.S. In the past decade, based solely on internal growth, it has been the fastest growing PR agency of any kind in the U.S.
Over the years he has written numerous articles on corporate communications policy and investor relations in various textbooks and in Fortune, Dun's Review, Financial World, and many other national magazines. He has served as chairman of 42 national and regional conferences on investor relations for NIRI and many other professional organizations and university audiences.
