NATIONAL HMO TO ACQUIRE ASSETS OF HITECH REGISTERED NURSES OF NEW JERSEY
 YONKERS, N.Y., Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- National HMO Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: NHMO) announced today that the company and Hitech Registered Nurses of New Jersey, Inc. have entered into an agreement for the company to acquire the assets of Hitech Registered Nurses of New Jersey, Inc.
 Hitech Registered Nurses of New Jersey, Inc. is a licensed nursing agency that provides home intravenous, infusion therapy and skilled nursing to the adult, pediatric and high risk maternal areas in the state of New Jersey. The closing of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to occur in February 1992.
 The closing of the transaction will mark the company's initial entrance into the high tech home infusion therapy market, and complement the company's other activities in the home health care market.
 To reflect the importance of the home health care business within the company, the shareholders have approved taking the necessary steps to change the name of the company to "National Home Health Care Corp." and its new symbol will be "NHHC."
