CLEVELAND, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- National City Bank is offering Cleveland area residents an opportunity to learn more about consumer and small business loans at its Neighborhood Banking Symposium scheduled for Thursday, October 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Unified Technologies Center of Cuyahoga Community College (2415 Woodland Ave.), Cleveland. The symposium is free and open to the public.
