 NATIONAL CITY BANK ANNOUNCES CREDIT ADMINISTRATION
 ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
 CLEVELAND, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- National City Bank has announced organizational changes in its credit administration division. Effective March 1, Gregory A. Godec, vice president, retail lending, National City Bank, has joined the bank's credit administration division and reports to Robert Emmerich, senior vice president, special credits. F. Gibson Head, Jr., vice president, secured credit, has retired as of March 31, and Thomas P. Donohoe, vice president, has assumed the management of the secured credit function. Profile of Gregory A.  Godec joined the bank's branch management development program in 1977, was appointed officer and branch manager in 1980, and assistant vice president and district account officer in 1982. Greg transferred to the metropolitan division in 1985 and was promoted to vice president in 1987. He transferred to the consumer credit division that same year.
 A 1976 graduate of Ohio University, Godec went on to receive an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1981. He and his family live in North Royalton. Profile of F. Gibson Head, Jr.
 Head, a resident of Novelty, Ohio, has spent his entire 38-year career with National City after graduating from Oberlin College. He started his career as a management trainee at what was known as the Terminal Square office (Tower City) in 1954. He was named manager in 1961 and assistant cashier in 1966. In 1969, Head was named manager and assistant vice president, credit department, and promoted to vice president in 1973. He was named manager of secured credit administration in 1986.  Donohoe joined the bank in 1986 as a credit analyst and was promoted to senior credit analyst in 1987. In 1988, he was appointed account officer, asset based lending, and was promoted to assistant vice president, special credits, in 1989. Donohoe was promoted to vice president last year.
 Donohoe completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh. He majored in business administration, graduating in 1979, and earned his MBA degree in 1986. Donohoe and his family live in North Olmsted.
