NATIONAL CITY BANK ANNOUNCES CORPORATE BANKING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
 CLEVELAND, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- National City Bank today announced organizational changes within its corporate banking area. Effective June 1, Paul G. Clark, senior vice president, Vision project, became manager of the metro/Ohio division of corporate banking. James R. Bell III, senior vice president, metro/Ohio division, became manager of the multinational division of corporate banking and will be named co-chairman of the Senior Loan Committee. Messrs. Clark and Bell report to W. Douglas Bannerman, executive vice president, National City Bank.
 Robert J. Ondercik, senior vice president, was named chairman of the Corporate Credit Committee and remains a member of the Senior Loan Committee. The Corporate Credit Committee is responsible for approving credits over $25 million throughout National City Corporation. Ondercik reports to Gene F. Carpenter, vice chairman, National City Corporation.
 Responsibilities of the corporate banking area include evaluating portfolios to ensure that products and services are appropriately priced, maintaining credit quality, and developing technology in credit products and cash management.
 Profile of Paul G. Clark
 Paul G. Clark joined National City Bank's management development program, consumer credit division, in 1976, and was named account officer in 1978. Clark became vice president, national division, in 1985, and was promoted to senior vice president in 1989.
 Clark received a B.A. degree from Denison University in 1975, and a M.B.A. degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1981. He currently serves as the assistant treasurer of the American Cancer Society, a lector of the pre-cana program at St. Christopher Church, a member of the finance committee at Westwood Country Club, and the Ohio Regional Chair of Alumni Recruiting for Denison University.
 Clark resides in Rocky River, Ohio, with his wife Jill Goubeaux Clark.
 Profile of James R. Bell III
 James R. Bell III began his career with National City Bank as a management trainee in 1982. In 1983, he became account officer, national division/corporate banking, and was named assistant vice president in 1984, vice president in 1985, and regional manager in 1986. In 1987, Bell was named division head, multinational-east division, and became a member of the Senior Loan Committee. He was named senior vice president and division head of multinational-east division in 1989, metro/Ohio-east division in 1990, and metro/Ohio division in 1991.
 Prior to working for National City Bank, Bell had been a senior consultant with Price Waterhouse & Company from 1978 to 1980.
 In 1978, Bell received an A.B. degree in accounting and economics from Duke University and earned an M.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Chicago in 1982. He is a corporate committee member of Rainbow Babies & Children Hospital, an alumni council member of University School, and a trustee for Young Audiences of Greater Cleveland.
 He resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio, with his wife Vicki and their two daughters.
 Profile of Robert J. Ondercik
 Robert J. Ondercik joined National City Bank as a management trainee, credit department, in 1972. In 1980, he became vice president, metropolitan division. From 1987 to 1988, Ondercik left National City Bank and became vice president and manager of Barclays Bank. In 1989, he returned to National City Bank as senior vice president, credit administration, and was named senior vice president of the corporation in 1991.
 Ondercik received a B.B.A. degree in finance from Ohio University and an M.B.A. degree in management from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1988. He is a member of the Chagrin Valley Country Club and Cleveland Athletic Club.
 He resides in Brecksville, Ohio, with his wife Rita and their son and two daughters.
