NATION'S LARGEST PHOTOFINISHING FIRM SIGNS 10-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH ISSC

 TARRYTOWN, N.Y., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Qualex, Inc., the nation's largest photofinishing firm, and Integrated Systems Solutions Corporation (ISSC), today announced a 10-year technology agreement.
 Under the agreement, ISSC will handle Qualex's information systems operations, applications support and a broad range of management functions. ISSC will also design and install the following new, enhanced applications: accounts receivable; general ledger; Qualex Productions System; electronic data interchange (EDI); and sales and cost systems. Information Systems operations include: mainframe and mid- range computing operations and technical support; help desk; and data network management.
 Qualex will retain responsibilities for end user devices and office support, password authorization/data security management, voice network management, procurement of end user software, data entry functions and mailroom/messenger functions.
 Currently Qualex employs 78 people in its informations system function. ISSC intends to make employment offers to approximately 50 Qualex employees.
