NATEC RESOURCES TO TEAM WITH LODGE STURTEVANT TO PURSUE U.K. ENVIRONMENTAL MARKETS

 HOUSTON, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- NaTec Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: NATC) today announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Lodge Sturtevant Limited, Birmingham, England to pursue opportunities for NaTec's dry sodium injection technology in utility and industrial markets throughout the U.K.
 Lodge Sturtevant will provide sales representation, equipment supply and technical services for NaTec to utility and industrial customers in England, Wales and Scotland. Commenting on the arrangement, John T. McCormack, president and CEO of NaTec Resources, stated, "We are pleased to be able to team with such a highly qualified and well-positioned firm as Lodge Sturtevant for pursuit of the U.K. market. The alliance will enable NaTec to effectively deliver our dry sodium technology and provide high quality service to our U.K. customers as the market develops."
 Lodge Sturtevant, a subsidiary of Dresser Holmes Ltd., is an established, leading supplier of particulate emission control technology and equipment in the U.K. and Western Europe.
 NaTec is committed to the control of pollutants commonly associated with acid rain. The company provides consulting engineering, injection system installation, operations and maintenance services, and processed sorbent supply. Primary markets are utility, industrial power generation, pulp and paper, refining and municipal solid waste.
