Business Editors

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 2003

Agreement Provides NASDAQ-listed Companies with Access to Powerful Communication and Compliance Tools

CCBN (www.ccbn.com), a leading provider of Internet-based investor and corporate communications services, today announced it had reached a marketing alliance with The NASDAQ Stock Market (R), becoming the alliance partner for investor relations (IR) services to NASDAQ's approximately 3,500 listed companies.

As part of the agreement, CCBN services are available through the NASDAQ Corporate Services NetworkSM, an integrated online network of NASDAQ-qualified information and service providers designed to help company managers maximize the effectiveness of their investor relations and compliance functions. The NASDAQ Corporate Services Network, incorporating CCBN's Investor Relations tools, is located at www.nasdaq.net.

NASDAQ(R) chose to partner with CCBN for its suite of state-of-the-art corporate communication services, including webcast production, Web site development, and other online investor relations services.

"CCBN's unique combination of services and industry-leading experience make it a core addition to the NASDAQ Corporate Services Network," said Ed Kim, senior vice president of NASDAQ's corporate client group. "Through this agreement with CCBN, we can help our listed companies realize the benefits of its valuable services and help make their IR communications programs more efficient and effective."

NASDAQ and CCBN will jointly offer listed companies access to CCBN's industry-leading corporate communication services, including:

-- IR Web Site Management

The IR Web site is now a mission-critical application and an important disclosure vehicle, enabling companies to provide multimedia communication, while meeting investor needs and saving money. More than 2,000 public companies rely on CCBN for their IR Web sites, incorporating key financial content while maintaining the look and feel of their corporate sites.

-- Webcasting

Using webcast technology is an efficient and effective way for companies to communicate their message to a wide audience and meet the growing demands of investors, SEC regulators, members of the media, clients and employees by making their events available via the Internet. CCBN is the leading webcast provider for the IR industry, producing over 4,000 webcast events each quarter.

-- Event Research with Briefs/Transcripts

Event Briefs provide a concise, timely and unbiased summary of corporate conference calls and can be combined with full-text Event Transcripts for a more complete understanding of the event. Only CCBN - through its StreetEvents corporate information platform - can provide access to corporate event transcripts, conference call summaries, and audio webcasts, seamlessly integrated into one event window.

-- MyCCBN Online Resource for IR Professionals

Companies using MyCCBN benefit from a robust IR Web platform that incorporates external communication tools with a complete set of market intelligence capabilities that meet the needs of IR professionals. The NASDAQ Corporate Services Network offers NASDAQ-listed companies seamless access to the entire suite of MyCCBN tools to assist in meeting their reporting, publishing, messaging and research needs.

"Our alliance with NASDAQ strengthens CCBN's position as a leading provider of Web-based disclosure solutions for the investment community," said Rob Adler, president, CCBN.
