NAI Long Island announced the following transactions:

* Brian Pinnola and Joseph Maffia negotiated a 10-year lease for automotive parts distributor, WAW. The 7,117 s/f warehouse at 148-36 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard, Jamaica, NY is a parts pickup location and is part of the Seagis AirPark at JFK 500,000 s/f portfolio in 27 buildings of which Pinnola and Maffia are the exclusive agents.

* Brian Pinnola and Joseph Maffia negotiated a 12,000 s/f warehouse and office lease for California based TMMAA Line USA, Inc. at 147-38 182nd Street, Jamaica, NY, part of the Seagis AirPark.
