NACORE contest seeks top corporate realtor

The New York Chapter of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives ("NACORE") is pleased to announce the "NACORE New York Chapter Annual Award for Outstanding Corporate Real Estate Executive."

The first award of its type in the United States, it is intended to recognize, among other things, significant achievements and contributions to the industry made by a corporate real estate executive.

The members of the Award Committee are: Jacob Bart, Esq., partner, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan; Richard J. Eyre, m, director of Real Estate, CBS Inc.; John M. Lizzul, vice president, The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.; Arthur J. Mirante, II, president, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.; R. Bruce Robertson, President, Dillon, Read Real Estate Inc.; David H. Williamson, president, Paramount Communications Realty Corp; and Dennis Yeskey, partner, Kenneth Leventhal & Co.

The members of the Banquet and Program Committee are: James M. Bayles, vice president, The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.; Alane S. Berkowitz, director, Housing & Services Inc.; Barry M. Gosin, president, Newmark Real Estate Services; John M. Lizzul, vice president, The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.; Donald H. Siskind, Esq., partner, Rosenman & Colin; Steven Spinola, president, Real Estate Board of New York; and Thomas M. Yamin, president, The Asset Group, Eastdil Realty, Inc.

The award winner will be the corporate real estate executive who has demonstrated resource fulness, integrity, competence and leadership. Because of the award winner's outstanding work and character, great advances have been made in elevating the standards of skill, honor and integrity not only of the corporate real estate field but the entire real estate industry as well.

Applications for the Award will be accepted between Sept. 3, 1991 and Oct. 25, 1991. The award winner will be selected in November, 1991. The Award will be presented at an Award Banquet tentatively scheduled for Feb. 27, 1992.

Applicants may apply directly or may be nominated by a colleague. Nominations may be submitted to Thomas K Garesche, vice president, Metropolitan Life Ins. Co., One Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10010, (212) 578-2636. The nominee will then be informed of the nomination and asked to submit an application. Corporate real estate executives in the metropolitan New York City area are eligible.
